Coconut Poke Cake With Sweetened Condensed Milk. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add water, yogurt, egg whites, oil, and extracts.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, diet 7up, egg whites, greek yogurt and coconut extract. Prepare the cake mix in a bowl according to the package instructions. Combine the heavy cream, sugar and coconut extract in a chilled metal bowl.

Mix On Low Speed Until Combined.
In a small mixing bowl, mix condensed milk and coconut extract. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour batter into prepared dish.
Prepare The Cake Mix In A Bowl According To The Package Instructions.
Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake according to the instructions. In a bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and cream of coconut. Place on a wire rack.
